Once the order has shipped we can’t issue the refund but if the order is in the packing stage we can cancelled & issue a refund if you request us to do, cancellation fee applied %10.

Courier and Shipment
Usually smokoo.com.au use Australian post and Sendle Courier service but in rare case we may use different couriers in all case we do not charge extra fee.
There is a flat fees of $9.00 to every order for the shipment.
Why I have to provide IDs?
In Australia seller must have to establish customer legal age to sell tobacco products
Therefore smokoo.com.au cannot process any order until we don’t get Government acceptable IDs such as driving license/ Passport/ Proof of age card.
